So Chelsea and I have this half planned FYE day to get...Some CD I can't remember, but I also don't remember if she gave a time as to when she'd come, or when that time was. I kind of think 11, so we'll see.
Maybe I can convince her to get a Motion City Soundtrack or Augustana CD.
And I've decided to 'adopt' Vheissu from Chad. I can keep it as long as I want, ahar. Or...I will, I don't know if I actually can or not.
And in other news I don't know. Parents are gone for the week to Las Vegas, so I wonder how it'll go. |

So I have that nasty afternap feeling and I just got seriously dizzy and I don't know why. I've eaten today and I've been eating so wtf is the problem? Oui.
I also...Don't remember if I had anything else to write. John gave me a ride home today, which was a total score because I didn't expect him to and I couldn't get a hold of my brother. I would have had to wait until 4 or whenever for Chad to get out of rehearsal and kind of ambush him for a ride or something. Silly GHS meeting that took only 15 minutes but left me after school for an hour and some odd minutes.
I'm going to go do character quizes or something now. |

So for once someone helped me with a plot. Ah well, it was helpful anyway and Kuro seemed to enjoy it.
And basically this new plot's already over. Wow, that was damned fast. Oh well, there's still plenty to flesh out and nit pick. And stuff.
And now I have to go draw Anthem. Hmm. |

Totally doesn't belong here but it makes me giggle'. Haha, little kids are so amusing. And just Ant...Yeah. I laugh, you don't have to. |

Looking back at old art and saying 'o wow I drew such and whatnot better back then' is not good. I am not a fan of regression. Well.
But harhar good 'ol Mr. D logic; draw like you're 7. Just pick up the pencil and draw and not care what it looks like. Just do it. Do it do it gogogo because that's how you used to do it so why can't you now?
Because it matters now.
But still. |

I need to redo the music on my mp3 player. Somehow Chronic Future isn't on it, how'd that flipping happen?
And, uhm, Vheissuuuuu'. I realised earlier that Vheissu has an 'i' in it, and you (might) know what what that meanss'. Ahaha, I'm such a tool.
As for something more thoughtful, Criminal Minds is a very interesting show. To be able to, with just a few clues, understand someone entirely, to understand why they do what they do and why they tick, that's an amazing thing. Being that good at analyzing someone would always give you the upper hand, never leave you nervous or apprehensive about how someone would act, and you'd always pick out the fakes. Just knowing someone to that extent.
Blah blah blah. |

I'm rather tempted to pull a 'German movie' and just start over. However, that'd be too cliche and stupidly tragic in some sense or another so I don't think I will.
And because I'm sick of wasting pages in my sketchbook I don't want to doodle in it so instead I doodle all over my notebooks. It's getting unorganized again, damn. Oh well, I guess it doesn't matter because a sketch is just a sketch and they're all rather worthless anyway.
And I have nothing interesting about my personal life to lawrl at. orly. |

Just keeping track'
"We all were lost now we are found No one can stop us or slow us down We are the named and we are known We know that we'll never walk alone"
"for now I hold a key, and though I may be lost I know that I will find my way I search endlessly but every time I've thought that I was near the smoke and mirrors lead me astray see the pit boss, steal each tick tock time it seems will suffer at our hands I look for exits in the haze, the dense electric twilight maze I've heard that there is one that leads to sunlit lands"
"Face down in the dirt, she says, "This doesn't hurt", she says, "I finally had enough."
"So will you scatter my ashes where they won't be found? I kept my word when I swore that I would let you down And now that I'm gone Try to forget me and just move on So will you scatter my ashes where they won't be found? I kept my word and you hate me for it now You knew all along Try to forget me and just move on"
"Come with us to the ride Join in the fight Everybody run now Everybody run now Break into another time Unity divides Division will unite Everybody run now Everybody run now Everybody run now Everybody run"
"Down, I don’t believe in you now I’ve seen too much I don’t believe in you now My Goddess" |

No, I don't like LJ. It's a whole lot of things I won't say but can say have and do bother me. But oh well, who the fuck cares.
Maybe I'll do a flip and instead of scooting off LJ, just scoot off dA. Because dA is probably even more pointless, in many regards.
But in having nothing to do with any of that, I really should do this DBQ. Or something. I wish it was as easy a question to answer as the other one, or at least have some more documents to use as reference and material because even though I'm sure it all connects together I just have to find it.
As for random thoughts? Well, after doing last night's AP and today's lesson on how the colonists did this that and the other thing to ensure that the centralization of the government wouldn't lead to tyranny I thought well, what if it did? What if a centralized republic was manipulated into a dictatorship or monarchy? I'll have to toy with that, it could be quite a bit of fun to explore.
o and we're reading "The Lone Ranger and Tonto Fistfight in Heaven" and for the first time in a long time we get to read an actual good book in English because this book is fucking good and I'm enjoying it.
"Survival = Anger x Imagination. Imagination is the only weapon on the reservation."
"The Indian child hears my voice on the telephone and he knows what color shirt I'm wearing. A few days or years ago, my brother and I took him to the bar and he read all of our futures by touching hands. He told me the twenty dollar bill hidden in my shoe would change my life. Imagine, he said. But we all laughed, old Moses even spit his false teeth into the air, but the Indian child touched another hand, another, and another, until he touched every Skin. Who do you think you are? Seymour asked the Indian child. You ain't some medicine man come back to change our lives. But the Indian child told Seymour his missing daughter was in community college in San Fransisco and his missing wedding ring was in a can of commodity beef high up in his kitchen. The Indian child told Lester his heart was buried at the base of a pine tree behind the Trading Post. The Indian child told me to break every mirror in my house and tape the pieces to my body. I followed his vision and the Indian child laughed and laughed when he saw me, reflecting every last word of the story."
And then of course my personal favorite;
"Been sober so long it's like a dream but I feel better somehow and Auntie was so proud of me she took James and me into the city for Jame's checkup and James still wasn't talking but Auntie and James and I ate a great lunch at Woolworth's before we headed back to the reservation. I got to drive and Auntie's uranium money Cadillac is a hell of a car and it was raining a little and hot so there were rainbows rainbows rainbows and the pine trees looked like wise men wit we beards or at least I thought they did. That's how I do this life sometimes by making the ordinary just like magic and just like a card trick and just like a mirror and just like the disappearing. Every Indian learns how to be a magician and learns how to misdirect attention and the dark hand is always quicker than the white eye and no matter how close you get to my heart you will never find out my secrets and I'll never tell you and I'll never show you the same trick twice.
I'm traveling heavy with illusions." |

 | You scored as II - The High Priestess. The High Priestess is a card of intuition, instinct and hidden knowledge. She knows all your secrets, you can hide nothing from her. Yet you will never know the secrets she herself protects. If well aspected in a Tarot spread, this card can indicate the use of intuition to solve problems; trust to your instincts. If badly aspected, it can mean suppression and ignoring of such instincts - following your head at the expense of your heart.

 | You scored as III - The Empress. The Empress is a maternal symbol. She is the mother figure who loves, nurtures and protects. She will protect you, she will always be there when you are in trouble. When you fall over and graze your knee, the Empress will kiss it better. Yet she is not a weak figure. Her compassion is strength. If her children are threatened she will stop at nothing to protect them. If well aspected in a Tarot spread, the Empress can symbolise security, protection and unconditional love. If badly aspected it can represent over-protectiveness, fear of risk taking and refusal to face the real world.

"Shake down you make me break For goodness sake I think I'm on the edge Of something new with you Shout out don't drown the sound I'll drown you out You'll never scream so loud As I want to scream with you
Standing there with your smile blinding Your eyes from seeing My face as I'm dying To figure out a girl But she drifts so far away I'm on her coast So maybe I should stay And map around your world
[Chorus] So don't say "These currents are still killing me" And you can't explain But the wind went and pulled me into your hurricane Into your hurricane
Stand up don't make a sound Your ears might bleed There are sweet fluorescent enemies That live inside of me The world moves faster than I knew Not fast enough to not creep up on you And the space we put between
So pull me under your weather patterns Your cold fronts and the rain don't matter Because a sun burns what I needed
[Chorus] So don't say "These currents are still killing me" And you can't explain But the wind went and pulled you into the hurricane Into the hurricane
You don't do it on purpose But you make me shake Now I count the hours 'til you wake With your babies breath Breathe symphonies Come on sweet catastrophe
Well, maybe this time I can follow through I can feel complete Stop paying dues Stop the rain from falling Keep my ocean calm This time I know nothing's wrong
[Chorus] So don't say "These currents are still killing me" And you can't explain But the wind went and pulled me in and no, You don't say "These currents are still killing me" And you can't explain But the wind went and pulled me into your hurricane Into your hurricane Into your hurricane"
